"Our 2019 Highlander was deemed totaled because of mice damaged. We were extremely upset about this. We called our agent, Brett Gale but he was out of the ofce. Diane Roy, stepped in to help and she was very helpful. We called her many, many times with questions and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. She did an Amazing job of not only keeping us calm through this process but explained everything in great detail. She handled everything efficiently and quickly.
